Join us on select Saturdays this spring for FFITness in the Park — a free outdoor workout experience in collaboration with Fit Factory at Firewheel Town Center.

Each 45-minute class is designed to give you a preview of Fit Factory’s Functional Fitness Interval Training style. Whether you’re looking to try something new, move your body, or kickstart your weekend, this is a great way to experience the energy of Fit Factory in a fun outdoor setting.

There will be 2 raffle giveaways at every session.
